*If you live in a house in the Greater Vancouver BC Region, we may opt for one of our 'Crew Crew team members to deliver the sample package right to your dog's door. Otherwise, you can expect the samples to arrive from Virchew, Canada Post or a courier. If you live in a condo/apartment complex please provide any special delivery instructions to gain access to your mailroom or where to leave the sample. Thank you.
